Here are the results my clients are celebrating . . .

In a world that privileges the tangible, my clients achieve the tangible results they are looking for — as well as enjoying remarkable increases in their capacity as human beings. Increased Capacity

Now I can connect with what is deeply meaningful to me

It came as such a surprise to realize I had to learn how to receive

I’m softening into my strength

I’m learning to pace myself and tune in to right timing

I’m holding myself accountable to what is important to me

I’m way more able to perform under pressure

I’ve learned to recognize and overcome discouragement

I’m more able to make choices in the midst of doubt and uncertainty

I find that I can speak the hard truth when needed, and do it more skillfully

I’ve got more strength in my NO and power in my YES

Effectively parking my distractions and concerns has been hugely helpful

I’m catching on to myself quicker when I’m mired in a limited view point, or even when I’m backing myself into a corner

I’m taking those calculated risks that keep my life moving along in a creative flow

I’m working with fear so much more effectively now

My mind is becoming more nimble as I learn to shift or expand my perspective when it is needed

I’m starting to really see the opportunity in challenges

I find that I’m more able to inspire others

Learning how to set a warm and attentive tone for my team and my family has caused a sea change in what we accomplish and how much fun we have.

More able to sequence the steps and thereby maintain focus on longer term direction

I find I’m staying more true to myself and my vision in the midst of those times that seem chaotic and scary

Made that move that I'd been longing to make

Took my seat as a leader in my family and my place of work

Received the New England Book Award for poetry

Now I'm getting what I’m worth for the work I do

Resolved that conundrum that had me stalled

Took the plunge and started a family

Enjoying more balance in the work / life hustle,
and my kids are noticing

Finally left my husband

Finally decided to stay with my husband,
and our marriage feels like delicious wine
that has been down in the cellar all these years

Finally wrote that damn book

Published those poems

Rocked that interview

Made that series of paintings

Got that solo exhibition

Granted that residency at MacDowell

Finished that script I'd been working on

Summoned the courage to retire
